| Armed Robbery at European Poker Tour |
Yesterday, a crazy scene unfolded at the EPT Berlin tournament when six men interrupted play carrying machine guns and robbed the casino. According to different media outlets, the bandits made off with somewhere in the range of 240,000 to 700,000 Euros, though no official number has been released. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the scene was pretty scary and chaotic as you can see in this amazing video caught of the robbery. Amazingly, the EPT managed to restart play and continue the tournament later that same day and play down to the final table of 8 players. Crazy stuff! | Tell us about your poker blog |
Long before I got this gig writing about poker for about.com, I had a personal poker blog. I met a ton of great people and other poker players through poker blogging, and of course learned a ton about poker and the world of poker players from reading others blogs. I've sadly slacked off on finding great new blogs, so if you keep a poker blog, please share it with me and our readers by submitting your poker blog here. I can't wait to read them and share them with everyone. Tell us about your poker blog originally appeared on About.com Poker on Saturday, March 6th, 2010 at 17:03:31. |

| Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw |
Tonight, my quest at my home poker game will be to re-introduce deuce-to-seven triple draw, a high-action variation of five-card draw that maddens many, but I love. I love low and hi/lo poker games, because, well, simply put, I'm better at them than 90% of the people I play with. But also because they tend to get a lot of people in the hand and build huge pots. So if you can learn the game and get people to play with you, you too can rake in those monster pots. Here's the rules for deuce-to-seven triple draw. More Low Poker Game Resources:
